Joy in January

joy in january

2015 went by in a flash, Christmas is just a memory; and with good intentions I made my New year’s resolutions.

I was looking forward to the new year, a new beginning with new challenges and joys… and then life happened. Before I continue I have to admit it was not big life-threatening challenges, but the emotional ones, making you wonder if you are good enough, if you should continue this adventure you undertook. I created the heavens and earth. I sent My Word and it was done. I put Adam and Eve on it to have a relationship with me. Throughout the years my people has come to me, and turned away. Here it is:

My dearest son

I believe all children are miracles and experienced it first-hand when we see you grew and developed inside me.  Week by week we read what was forming and for the first time I understood what David meant in Psalm 139, talking about God knitting us together in our mothers’ womb.
