February feedback

February went by in a flash. I want to say it is because it is the shortest month in the year, but we did have an extra day this year.

The biggest thing I learnt in my six months blogging is how much I still need to learn. Finding balance (not only between work, home and blogging, but also) between writing posts, social media and learning more about blogging, is a bit difficult for me. Maybe that is some of the things I will still learn in this journey… finding balance and making time.

Between a teething toddler (it feels as if he is teething for 16 months now), extra responsibilities at work (which is luckily finished now), and helping with the arrangements of a wedding and two baby showers (all happening in May), I wrote less posts than normal. I also sent the wrong invitation to the wrong baby shower group, spoiling the surprise. In all the chaos and stress I wrote a post on 7 ways how I manage stress.

Although we don’t believe in Valentine’s Day, we believe in Love, and in this month where everyone is celebrating love you can read about our happily ever after.

In March you can look forward to a walk down in memory lane. I will revisit some of my favorite memories.

How did February turn out for you?

  1. You are very brave to juggle so many roles. You are not alone. It does get easier and luckily you are obviously blessed with loved ones and friends for support. Embrace the fact that you actually have the wisdom to know you do not know everything. I certainly don’t. And that’s all right. You’re only human after all. Looking forward to your walk down memory lane. Best wishes.
