25 Things I am grateful for

25 things I am grateful for. www.mommakingmemories.comThere are many things to be grateful for, but sometimes we don’t make time to think about it. We would much rather spend that time complaining about the things that we don’t have. If we really think about it we might realize that many of the things that we are complaining about is actually things that we don’t need. That is the reason behind today’s post. One day at a time

A reminder to take life one day at a time. www.mommakingmemories.com

Time is relative. I once read something written on the value of time, for example: If you want to know the value of one month, ask a mother who has given birth to a premature baby. If you want to know the value of one hour, ask the lovers who are waiting to meet. If you want to know the value of a minute, ask the man who just missed his train. If you want to know the value of a millisecond, ask the athlete who just missed the record. Continue reading One day at a time

The Greatest Love Story

The Greatest Love Story. - www.mommakingmemories.comI have to start off by saying that although we love the atmosphere of the festive season, we don’t do Christmas… or Easter. In our opinion (it may be different than yours, I realize that and respect your opinion) it is man-made celebrations to make money and keep our eyes off the bigger picture. Only when you are rooted in My love will you be able to love one another. I want you to extent My love to other people even when they don’t deserve it.

I created the heavens and earth. I sent My Word and it was done. I put Adam and Eve on it to have a relationship with me. Throughout the years my people has come to me, and turned away. They repented and turned away again… so many times have I forgiven them. I sent My Son to pay the prize and it was done. Jesus paid the ultimate prize because I love you.

Even before I created the earth I designed you. I planned every part of you; I planned you to be unique.

I want to help you in your challenges and I want to rejoice with you over victories. I want to hold you when you are alone and give you strength when you are weak.
